What Services does Magickal Rays provide?

Do you offer refunds?
Not at this time no. Due to the nature of our work, time, and energy, we don't feel its fair to us to offer refunds. Reach out if you're unhappy and we can work things out.
How do you determine the pricing of your services?
Each spell/Service/Item we make takes a great deal of time, energy, and commitment. I really pride myself on my fast reliable customer service and communication as well as the strength of my spells/bindings/divination. You're not just paying for my services you're paying for all of my experience, expertise, time, and energy!!
Do you use AI to write your listings? Do you condone the use of AI art? Why do I see AI art in your listings?
Absolutely not. I do not ever condone the use of AI to write my listings, bios, write ups or anything on my store! I do use editing software like Grammarly but that is rare and it is only to check to make sure my Grammar and language is sound. If grammarly is used to edit my language I always note that down!
As for AI art being used Magickal rays does not generate their artwork. We allow the spirits to pick their portraits and they sometimes pick AI generated ones.
About Spirit Companionship
What is a Spirit Companion?
A Spirit companion is a spirit that has agreed to match with and work with a human for a variety of beneficial reasons.
What is a binding? Is it safe?
Binding is a generally misleading term as it implies the spirit is bound and kept against its will but in reality a binding is essentially a tether, a link to which a spirit can find you easier! The spirit is free to come and go as it pleases!
Do you offer Visits?
Not at this time no.
Can you give me extra information on the spirit I just purchased/am interested in?
All of the information on the spirit is given in its bio and listing.
How will I know if the companion Im interested im wants to go with me?
If you feel a strong pull to the spirit and keep coming back to its listing that's a good sign that they are calling out to you. I always recommend looking at their picture and calling out the first letter of their name and seeing if you feel anything. You can also order a compatibility reading which gives you a quick run down of why the companion might be calling to you or if they aren't calling to you.
Do you offer holds?
Not at this time no/Special circumstances only
What spirits if any, does Magickal Rays not conjure/work with?
So for the most part im comfortable conjuring any spirit. I personally do not conjure:
1. Djinn
Most people see Djinn as wish factories and that's just not something here at Magickal Rays we approve of. Djinn can also be incredibly dangerous and are hard to control. Most will need extremely firm boundaries and house rules
2. Demons:
I do work with the infernal and that is precisely why I do not offer them here. Like Djinn Demons need strong house rules and boundaries.
3. Any spirits that are black artes or are Malicious in nature I do not work with nor conjure. All of my spirits are loving and wish to do good for their keeper and the world.
What is done to protect me as a buyer from obtaining a blank spirit, thougtform, or a unvetted spirit?
All of the spirits here are vetted for at least two week and then bound with specific energies to ensure the maximum amount of contact. Each spirit will manifest differently with some being quieter than others.
Magickal Rays prides itself on its transparency and will always keep any servitors or thought forms in a separate category on its store. We rarely offer them anyway as we prefer spirits!
What is done to protect the spirit from potential abuse?
All spirits can at any point they feel uncomfortable break their bindings and leave. They are not prisoners and wont put up with any form of abuse.
What if I want to rehome my spirit?
Please reach out to Magickal Rays before you do so! Rehoming my spirits is not allowed and I will gladly take them back!
Can I Resell my Spirit?
Reselling Spirits is absolutely not allowed!
About Divination
What is Divination?
As defined in the dictionary: the practice of seeking knowledge of the future or the unknown by supernatural means.
In my own practice I generally do not look into the future instead I use Divination as a tool to help myself and others connect with themselves or their spirits
Do you guarantee accurate readings?
I do! considering I don't read futures! I read your current energy or the current energy of your companions/deities/spirits.
Can you read for other people?
No, Not unless you have their consent to have a reading done
What kinds of Divination do you offer?
I primarily offer Tarot/Oracle readings and Channeling messages from spirit guides and companions. On a rare occasion I offer Channeled letters which are more personal and in the unique cadence of your companion or deity.
About Astral Spaces
What is an Astral Space?
An astral space is essentially a unique home or space within the astral that only you and whoever you want can access. Think of it as a custom home within the astral.
Are astral spaces safe?
Absolutely! Astral spaces can only be accessed by you and whoever you allow in! You are not in danger of getting caught or stuck there either!
What can my astral space do for me?
Each Astral spaces comes with 3 functions listed below:
Protection and cloaking:
Your astral space provides a safe haven for you and your companions to rest and be safe. As with all forms of protection your astral space shouldnt be the only form of protection you have but it is a good start.
Energy transmutation:
All MagickalRays astral spaces transmute negative energy and neutral energy into positive energy storing it for later use by your companion.
Boosting for companion related magic:
Your astral space can be attuned to your companions energies and therefore your companions energy becomes more potent and powerful when doing magic or other tasks within its space.
What all is included in my astral space besides its functions?
Besides the three functions listed above, each astral space comes with a crystal altar/meditation space, A crystal garden which is used to charge the space and companions you have within, The Main area which includes some form of housing for you and your companions and other extra goodies(if its a pre-made space)
Do astral spaces contain any companions, Spirits, or entities?
Unless stated within the description no. Most of my Pre-made astral spaces include flora and fauna from the energies or spaces used to create the space. These are all good/white artes in nature and will not do any harm to anyone in the space.
Do you offer changes to Pre-Made astral spaces?
I do! The first change is free and must be minor such as changing the day/night cycle, adding a small patch of flowers or crystals, altering the color of things. After the first change any additional changes will require an up-charge which can be discussed via messages.
Can you make me a custom astral space?
I absolutely can! Reach out via messages for a quote and to talk about details. The Base rate for Customs is 95 which includes all of the above functions minus the freebies. if you want added areas, buildings, and functions that will cost extra!
